Children under 18 with a developmental disability who need ICF/IID level of care, have daily in-home medical or behavioral needs, and live with a parent or legal guardian relative. Parent income is not counted.

MDHHS sends an invitation to apply when an opening occurs; children are not enrolled until a slot opens.

  4. The CMHSP completes a MichiCANS assessment and submits it
